Our Story
Transform York began with founder Tom Storr, who has spent a decade helping people get stronger and feel better. Tom started by visiting clients at home, then built a small home studio that quickly filled up. In time, he opened our central York studio and formed a team.
As the community grew, we moved from one-on-one into coach-led small groups so more people could benefit from expert support without losing the personal touch. We rebranded from TS Personal Training and Nutrition to Transform York to reflect a bigger mission - to be the city’s trusted hub for strength, confidence and wellbeing.
Tom now leads the strategy, marketing and client experience. Our three experienced coaches run the day-to-day coaching and support, so you always have a friendly expert in your corner.
